On August 6, Massachusetts Peace Action held a screening of The War Game, an Academy-Award winning film by Peter Watkins. Filmed in 1965, the movie depicts the impact of a simulated nuclear attack on Britain.

Following the screening, Dr. Ira Helfand of The Nobel Peace Prize Winning International Campaign To Abolish Nuclear Weapons, as well as Physicians For Social Responsibility spoke to a rapt, capacity audience

We caught most of it on video … a minute or two was lost … hence the reference to “Excerpts”
