With his 150-day mark met, Interim Director of Human Services Michael Houle published a tome? A tell all? A confessional? Instead of a monthly report, as called for by the Woonsocket City Council, Houle shunted a veritable dump of everything from the ordinary … his repeated, often profane attempts at cleaning – restructuring his office … to the personal … revealing social security numbers, health conditions, living conditions, the medical issues, as well as  the personal lives of the “less fortunate”, whom he allegedly was hired to protect

As Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Woonsocket Housing Authority, Mr. Houle has routinely injected himself into Housing Authority daily operations. Can we expect a similar tell-all of WHA?
