Update From America First Legal

  • HAND THEM OVER — AFL DEMANDS RECORDS RELATING TO THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION’S OPEN BORDER POLICIES: America First Legal submitted a Freedom of Information Act Request (FOIA) to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security requesting all records, communications, and documents related to a host of the Biden Administration’s immigration policies. Those policies include: implementation of Executive Order 14010; the termination of the Migrant Protection Protocols Program; the failure to abide by the Title 42 program; the decision to implement catch-and-release for aliens at the border; resuming and expanding the Central American Minors Program; and others.
  • COME ON IN — BIDEN’S DOJ OPENS THE ASYLUM FLOODGATES FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS WITH MERITLESS CLAIMS: AFL’s Vice-President and General Counsel issued a statement about two disastrous decisions from AG Garland that will undoubtedly result in a flood of meritless asylum claims that will clog up the immigration court system and lead to countless additional illegal aliens coming to the United States.
  • SPACE RACE(ISM)? AFL RESPONDS TO LATEST BIDEN ADMINISTRATION INITIATIVE ON ‘RACIAL EQUITY,’ THIS TIME AT NASA: Rather than focus on maintaining America’s historical dominance in space, NASA is now soliciting ideas for how to racially discriminate against U.S. citizens – part and parcel of Critical Race Theory. AFL is putting the government on notice that illegal discrimination will not be tolerated.  All Americans must be treated equally in this country.
  • PRESIDENT BIDEN’S OPERATION CENTRAL AMERICAN AIRLIFT FOR ILLEGAL ALIENS’ RELATIVES: The Departments of Homeland Security and State are jointly expanding the blatantly unlawful Central American Minors (CAM) Program–originally created under the Obama Administration and ended under the Trump Administration–effectively creating a new chain migration program for illegal aliens. Under the newly announced expansion of the program, millions of illegal aliens and noncitizens living in the United States are now eligible to formally petition to have the U.S. government transport their relatives to the United States on the taxpayer’s dime. AFL President Stephen Miller responded here.
