Rhode Island Democratic Party announces new addition and departure
From The Rhode Island Democratic Party:
Rhode Island Democratic Party (RIDP) Chairwoman Liz Beretta-Perik is pleased to announce the addition of Anthony Cherry as Strategic Planning Consultant to the RIDP team. Anthony will be working closely with the RIDP team to develop a winning strategy for the 2024 election cycle. After serving as Executive Director of the Rhode Island Democratic Party for the past two years, Emily Howe has decided to pursue other professional endeavors as of March 15, 2024.
“Emily was a vital part of the Democratic Party, and helped ensure we had successful 2022 midterm elections, as well as overseeing the party during last year’s Congressional District 1’s special election,” states Chairwoman Liz Beretta-Perik. “The Rhode Island Democratic Party is fortunate to have Anthony join the team. His political campaign expertise will be vital to our success in this important election cycle.”
